Product availability

– under 7 days > in stock in our warehouses.
– under 3 or 6 weeks > on their way to our warehouses.
– under 4 months > in production or made to order.
– temporarily out of stock > items we will be making in the next few months for which we do not yet have a lead time.

If you order several items with different lead times:

– The longest lead time will be taken into account in order to send you your entire order at the same time.
– If you wish to receive your items according to their availability, order them separately.

Available modes of transport

3 delivery methods are available:

Home delivery by carrier (on pallet) : delivery by appointment for bulky or fragile products to the doorstep or foot of the building within 5-10 working days.

Express home delivery: fast, economical home delivery by appointment within 72 hours.
Suitable for non-bulky parcels under 30kg.

Relay delivery: standard, cost-effective delivery to a relay point within 48 hours. Suitable for non-bulky parcels under 20kg.

Light parcel delivery

Packages up to 30kg

Relay point :

– Within 2 days in a relay point

– SMS and Email alert.

– 14 days to collect your parcel.

At home :

– Within 3 days to your home

– SMS and email alerts.

– Delivery notice in case of absence or at a relay point

– Possibility of postponing your delivery.

– Delivery possible from Monday to Saturday anywhere in France.

– Delivery from 7am to 6pm anywhere in France

Secure delivery of heavy packages

Palletized goods

Delivery by carrier :

– Within 5 to 10 days (depending on delivery department)

– The delivery driver can drop off the goods at the location of your choice, if it can be reached with a pallet truck.

– Delivery by appointment. Appointments by phone or email/sms.

– Possibility of postponing your delivery.

– Delivery possible from Monday to Friday anywhere in France.

– Delivery from 7am to 6pm anywhere in France

On-site collection

Withdrawals are made Monday to Saturday by appointment.

Please call us on 07 55 53 30 81 to make an appointment.

Cash payment is only available for on-site withdrawals.
Please make sure you have the exact amount beforehand.

Postpone your delivery

If you wish to postpone the delivery of your items because you are going on vacation or plan to be away for a long period, please contact customer service by telephone on 07 55 53 30 81 before placing your order.
You can also indicate your absence by commenting on your order.

Our customer service team will assist you and take the necessary steps to suspend shipment and schedule delivery on the date of your choice.
