Purchasing Questions
Do you ship worldwide? How much does it cost to ship to my country?
We accept payment by PayPal, credit card, cheque, bank transfer and cash.
We also accept payment in foreign currencies.
Did you ship to Switzerland?
Yes, we regularly deliver to our customers in Switzerland via DHL.
Shipments to Switzerland are subject to quotation.

Payment Questions
What currency do you accept for payments?
We accept payments in several currencies and also accept PayPal and credit card payments.
Adding a currency allows you to accept payments in specific PayPal accounts, such as euro to euro, US dollar to US dollar, pound to pound, etc. This also allows you to “hold” balances in these other foreign currency accounts without having to change currencies immediately.

How do I get a refund after cancelling an order/returning goods?
If your order is cancelled or returned, our team will inspect the products.
We will then reimburse you using the payment method you used.
If shipping costs are involved, they will not be reimbursed.
If the goods are not returned in their original condition, the cost of repairs will be deducted from your refund.
Returns and Refunds
What is your returns policy?
Exceeding your expectations is our main objective.
We offer a return service within 30 days of delivery.
If you wish to return an item for any reason, we will be happy to do so.
The returns procedure is simple: Please check your items on delivery.
If there is a problem with your order, please email our customer service department: contact@exoticdesign.fr within three (3) days of receipt.
If you receive a damaged, faulty or incorrect item, we will do our utmost to replace the defective part.
Please note the following points during the returns procedure: Returns must be received in their original condition within 30 days of receipt.
Please retain the original packaging, receipts and all product labels.
We will give you a full refund (less actual shipping and return costs).
If you choose to use your own shipping company, the refund will be less actual outbound shipping costs).
No restocking fee.
Credit card orders will be refunded to the original account.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes, you may cancel the order prior to shipment for a full refund.
If you decide to cancel after the order has shipped, you will receive a full refund, less the cost of shipping the order back to our warehouse.
Special or custom orders can be cancelled and refunded in full until production begins.
As these items are custom-made for you, you can only cancel and receive a 50% refund after production has begun.
What happens if I no longer have the original packaging?
We currently do not accept returns without the original packaging.
The cartons we use are specially designed for the products you buy, so that they can be transported safely.
What should I do if my item is faulty?
If you find a defect or feel that the part is not working properly, please contact us as soon as possible and provide us with a photo and/or video demonstration and a detailed description of the problem.
We provide free repairs or full replacements.
If you are not satisfied with the faulty item you have received, you can return it in accordance with our standard returns policy.
