Refund rights

Refunds and changes are made at the end of the month using the same method of payment used to purchase the product.

EXOTIC DESIGN is at your service and we welcome the opinions of our customers.
We strive every day to gain loyal customers and always meet your expectations.

Return policy

We will not accept returns of products that are not unused, in perfect condition, clean and in their original packaging.
You will be held responsible for any loss of value of the goods resulting from any handling beyond that necessary to understand the nature, characteristics and operation of the goods.
For this reason, payment or change will only be made after receipt and inspection of the goods at our premises.
If, on receipt of the package, these conditions are not met, the total or partial refund will not be accepted.
The refund request must be made within a maximum of 30 days from receipt of the product.
If, for any reason, this period is not possible, you must contact us so that we can approve different conditions.
Once the 30-day period has expired, EXOTIC DESIGN will not accept any refunds for failure to purchase products.
This retraction is only accepted if the product has not been handled and has no indication of assembly/use.

Special or customized orders have no right of return or withdrawal except for reasons of factory defect.

If you wish to cancel the purchase of a product, you must contact us by sending an e-mail to contact@exoticdesign.fr.

Return conditions

We accept all returns that meet these requirements:

  • You may request a refund within 30 days of delivery of your purchase.
  • The article must be in the same packaging conditions as those in which it was delivered and in its original packaging, in perfect condition.
    You will be held responsible for any loss of value of the goods resulting from any handling beyond that necessary to understand the nature, characteristics and operation of the goods.
    In addition, items must reach EXOTIC DESIGN correctly packaged and protected to avoid any deterioration during return transport.
    Should this not be the case, any defects in the article may be recovered and the remaining difference paid for.
  • It must be properly packaged so as not to be damaged during return transport.
    In the event of non-compliance, the refund cannot be accepted or the amount of the estimated damage may be subtracted from the payment.
  • Once the item has been received and checked by our team, we will refund you using the same payment method you used to pay for your order.
  • If, at the time the customer receives a product, it is broken or has a major defect, EXOTIC DESIGN reserves the right to decide to refund the amount paid or replace it with a new product in perfect condition.
  • If the defect subsequently appears, the case is examined and the steps specified in the product warranty are followed.
In the event of non-compliance with the requirements or observation of any damage/dysfunction/use on the product, EXOTIC DESIGN retains the right not to accept the refund or to deduct the amount of the estimated damage together with the shipping costs.
Contact us by email at contact@exoticdesign.fr, indicating the order number and the products you wish to return. We will get back to you as soon as possible and arrange a refund as quickly as possible.
It is imperative to notify EXOTIC DESIGN before returning any product so that there are no problems during processing and so that our team can check receipt of the material.

Can I change my order?

You can modify your order if it has not yet been shipped.
You will not be able to make changes to your order if it has already been shipped.

Can I cancel my order?

Yes, as long as the item has not been shipped, you can cancel your order.
If your order has already been shipped, you will have to wait for delivery and return the package to us.

If you wish to remove items from your basket before shipment, please contact us and we will modify your order.

What is your return policy?

We offer a 30-day cooling-off period from the day of delivery.

What can I do if I'm not satisfied with my purchases?

You can easily return your order by contacting us.
We’ll tell you how to return it and make sure you’re satisfied.
Once we have received your return package.
We will refund the full amount of your purchase (including delivery and payment costs) as soon as possible, but no later than 30 days following receipt of the return request.
However, we reserve the right to delay the refund until we have received the products.
Please note that you may only return an item if it has not been used, is in its original packaging, is not missing any parts, and is free from damage or stains.
You are responsible for any depreciation of the goods resulting from the use of the goods, which goes beyond what is necessary to determine the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

What should I do if the items delivered are damaged or the wrong ones?

You must check the contents of the package upon delivery.
If you are not satisfied, please let our driver know and contact us.
Our team checks every piece of furniture and statue before sending it to you, to make sure it meets our quality standards.
If we’ve forgotten something or sent you the wrong item, you have 30 days to let us know.
You can send us a few photos of the damage or any other problems you may have noticed.
Our team will deal with your complaint and advise you on how to return the item or collect it from us.
Depending on the situation, we’ll either offer you a full refund, arrange for your item to be repaired or replace it.

We remind you that each statue is unique and may present variations due to the sculptor and the original stone.
These variations are not considered defects.

What are the return shipping costs?

If you need to return an item because it is faulty, or because of an error on our part, we will not charge you for the return or collection.
However, if you return an item because you have changed your mind, or because of an order error, you will be charged the fees indicated below.

How long does the refund take?

We will refund the full amount of your purchase (including delivery and payment costs) as soon as possible, but no later than 30 days following receipt of the return request.
However, we reserve the right to delay the refund until we have received the products or you have provided proof of their return.
We can only refund the original method of payment you used to place your order.

With direct payment methods such as “Fintecture” or “Paypal”, refunds are visible directly on your account.
We will provide you with a proof of refund and a credit note for your administration.

If you return only part of your order, we will only reimburse you for the items returned.
You are responsible for any associated shipping costs, return shipping costs or home pick-up costs.
